My mission is to break the stigma around natural hair. Your hair isn't something to "fix" but more to understand. It's a reflection of your uniqueness and authenticity.

Important Information

NEW CLIENTS

For your first visit, please be sure to book under "New Client" when scheduling your appointment.

If you have not been serviced in 4+ months, please book under the “New Client” option.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Upon arrival, please ensure your hair is fully detangled and free of any previous styles, including braids, cornrows, or plaits, and ready to be shampooed.

Please avoid shampooing your hair more than 3 days prior to your appointment.

Once you arrive, locate my name on the call box and wait to be buzzed in.

PAYMENTS

The remaining balance may be paid using the card on file. Debit cards and all major credit cards are accepted. Cash payments are also welcome. Payment is due at the completion of your service.

BOOKING

Books will open on the 12th of every other month. Upcoming booking is December 12th at 8 am for January and February 2027

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships will be reopening in November. The booking window will be between November 14 and December 1 for new membership opportunities. More information will be shared as we get closer to the reopening date.

EXTENSION SERVICES

New clients are eligible to schedule extension services but consultation is required.

All extensions are provided by me. For quality and consistency, I do not accept outside extensions.

RESCHEDULES & CANCELATIONS

I understand life happens — if you need to cancel please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Appointment cancellations must be made by contacting me directly to cancel at CourtClairHair@gmail.com

No Reschedules / Rebooking Only

To respect everyone's time and keep the schedule running smoothly, reschedules are no longer available. My calendar is extremely tight, and there is an active waitlist, so shifting appointment times affects other clients ability to book. If you are unable to keep your original appointment, you will need to rebook a new appointment with a new deposit when the next schedule opens.

Please make sure you are fully ready for your appointment and that you have enough available time before booking. This helps prevent scheduling conflicts and ensures that every client receives the time and care they deserve.
